By accessing the jilive website, creating a jilive account, or using any service offered through the jilive platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilive account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

jilive will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jilive support immediately.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilive account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• You must not use your jilive account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• You must not transfer funds between jilive accounts or facilitate transfers on behalf of other players.
• You must not use your account in connection with any commercial gambling operation or on behalf of any third party.

jilive reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including during the withdrawal process. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request and to provide accurate supporting documentation within the timeframe specified by jilive.

jilive supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of locally available payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. jilive does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the jilive cashier page and are subject to change at jilive's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jilive aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party payment provider timelines.
• Withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week, as specified in the cashier section of your jilive account.

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. jilive accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round refunded to the player's account.
• jilive reserves the right to void any game result that is determined to have been affected by a technical error, software fault, or any other irregularity.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has been closed. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilive platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jilive platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jilive platform or any game. Any such vulnerability must be reported to jilive support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity information.
• Attempting to launder money or use the jilive platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner, including through coordinated multi-account play or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the jilive platform, its servers, or the experience of other players.
• Accessing jilive from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jilive employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jilive reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the jilive platform — including but not limited to the jilive brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilive platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilive content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilive content.
• Use any jilive brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorized by jilive.

Any unauthorized use of jilive's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jilive reserves all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jilive platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilive service for any reason.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting your access to the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the jilive platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilive's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilive's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jilive players:

jilive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registration by a person under the age of 21.

• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in jilive's account management policy.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, jilive will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations. jilive is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a breach of these Terms.

You may close your jilive account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

jilive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
